At this time of year you want to start opening the window when you go to sleep, even if you haven t changed the duvet for something lighter yet. The sun comes in from dawn, sometimes you can also hear the sea. I feel the breeze on my face and I smell coffee and toast. Begins the day.

While I get ready upstairs, downstairs everything is movement and laughter. Today we have breakfast on the terrace. We let ourselves be caressed by the sun making plans for the whole day. We will go rowing, to discover new coves and dragon caves, gliding over Posidonia meadows where salamas graze. In the afternoon, I walk through the town and have dinner by the sea. It is a luxury to enjoy this Natural Park.

We clean up in no time, the beds are made flying, with two bathrooms we forget about queues, we take everything we need from the pantry, we see that the automatic irrigation is working and we go to the beach.

We come back tired and happy, we fight over using the garden hose to wash off the salt. We love the garden, it is perfect to be alone and in silence (if the birds let you) and to fill it with friends and joy.

We stopped for a while to have an infusion, sitting in the living room with both doors open, I contemplate the vegetation. I m inside the house and it seems like I m outside.

We are all handsome now, we are going for a walk and dinner in town. In 15 minutes we are in the center, we walk through the area of the orchards, we go down the boulevard and we go back to snack on the promenade.

The last one at home, under the stars, ready to go to sleep straight away. We will wake up with strength for a new adventure.

In this house you will have a good temperature all year round, thanks to its double glazing and fireplace in winter, and its magnificent cross ventilation in summer. Oriented to the four winds, it has natural lighting and heat, which will help you with your electricity bill, while offering shady and cool spaces in the middle of August. The kitchen open to the living room and facing the garden is a plus when it comes to sharing space and chats with family and relatives.

Its location allows you to reach the town in a short time while avoiding its noise. Calm and silence are hallmarks of Los Cortijos de Las Negras.

Distributed on two floors, it has the kitchen, the pantry, the living-dining room, the fireplace, a double bedroom with a built-in wardrobe, a complete bathroom with a shower and a window and access to the terrace with a pergola and from there to the garden. On the upper floor is the second bedroom, also double, with a built-in wardrobe and access to a large solarium terrace, as well as the second bathroom, this one with a bathtub (and two windows).

Outside there is a very practical laundry area. The north façade is designed to enjoy the shade taking advantage of a corner with a work bench. The design of the garden has different spaces and environments, with careful and consolidated vegetation.

Las Negras is a town and district belonging to the municipality of Níjar, it is located within the Cabo de Gata-Níjar natural park, about 50 km from the provincial capital, Almería. With barely 300 inhabitants in winter, it multiplies its number in summer and holidays. It has an important restaurant offer practically open all year round, which means that the town remains alive even in winter. As for leisure, there is everything: hiking, diving, kayaking, surfing, fishing, swimming, geology... library, live music, markets.

Its proximity to other towns in the natural park and to all its beaches makes Las Negras a special place to live, spend the summer or invest.
